A feeling of deep pride came over me as I listened to best-selling author, researcher and entrepreneur Marcus Buckingham’s presentation “Love + Work”. Mr. Buckingham was promoting his new book: Love and Work: How to Find What You Love, Love What You Do, and Do It for the Rest of Your Life. He proceeded to present how love can be designed into businesses for clients and team members. It was refreshing to learn someone else is not afraid to use the “L” word in business… love.
To create a unified and focused organization, Leadership Alignment is critical. At its core, Leadership Alignment is in place when all members of the team share a common understanding and commitment to the success of the organization. Many businesses recognize this when it comes to strategic planning, goal setting, and ensuring adaptability in the face of change. However, it is often overlooked when it comes to separate business functions. Often, once objectives are agreed upon, C-suite Teams head off in their respective directions to execute on their plans with reporting only to top-line management.
The Forethought EOS 90-minute call happened on September 2021, then Vision Building One in October 2021 and Vision Building Two in November 2021.
